This service was created to provide you with personalized and confidential information regarding you health and your health care.

It's important for you to understand that this is NOT a substitute for developing a relationship with your personal primary provider. What do we mean by primary health care provider – we mean the person you see for the majority of your care – ie, your nurse practitioner or midwife or your physician (medical or naturopathic).
